Would like to condense page elements

  • Hi – I”m using this theme and I just love it – thanks so much. I just have a question. I am absolutely two thumbs with anything techie. I would really like to move the logo up to the top of the page, and shorten the distances between the ribbon, logo, and the text / images in the white area. Basically I’d like to condense the page so the logo and the ribbon are mostly visible when someone arrives at the page. Is there a easy way for me to modify the theme so I can make this change globally and appear on every page?

  • The best way to do this would be to make a child theme and in your child theme use the following:

    .site-title {
	margin-bottom: 0px;
	margin-top: 0px;
}

    this will remove the margin of 20px on the bottom and 30px on the top.
