Would like to grab the file name of the large image upon email being submited.

In our email notice, we would like to include whatever the big image file name is when we receive the notice via email. How can we do that? What code would we use for that I mean? As they use the arrows to go left a right a different image appears here, so I just would like to grab the image file name of whatever the image is at the time they submit the form.

Please let me know any input on how I may do this with Contact Form 7 please.
