Would love it to give feedback on my blog

Obviously it’s the Blue-Grafixx 1.0 theme by Alice. The new top graphic is nice but other than that nothing sets it apart.

As far as appealing to a “large audience” most bloggers do but that is hard to do with the millions that are around now.

If you write well on a subject you enjoy and that gets through to your readers the traffic will come. However, you have to make a decision are you blogging for an audience or yourself?

If you intend on writing about IPod’s as your latest post does or other techy things do it. But throwing up posts on your sick green frog will only be of interest to a very small circle of friends and family.

Anyone else that is interested in your other posts more than likely won’t be bothered to wade through the personnel posts to read what they came looking for.

meh, I disagree. Not to hijack a thread but writing on a sick green frog might interest more than friends and family. Hell, I get hundreds of hits from one little post I made about putting female betta fish together in a tank.

That drivel about writing about pets is just that, drivel, from ppl that are hung up on things that they ought need to be. Pets are fascinating subjects, they’re more interesting than some ppl.. thats for damn sure.

I might even bookmark your site, just to see the outcome of the frogs health.

One thing I would suggest is fixing the way your images are displayed within those posts. You need to wrap the text and maybe resize them. That font isnt the best either for reading, its either the style or the size, cant tell, but I dont care for it.

I think youre on your way, its a little rough around the edges (theres some alignment issues in that sidebar with some links) but its a nice start.

And thats the point (and joy) of permalinks. Someone looking for something (via Google, for instance) on ipods doesnt need to wade through personal posts in order to find that one post that they were looking for.

Thanks for the advice. How can I wrap text with the little tool? I know how to do it in HTML but is there a way with the rich text editor WP comes with? Or maybe a plugin?

What alignment issues are you talking about? Looks okay to me over there.

What would you suggest I change to make it less “obvious” as you put it that it’s a pre-made theme? I kinda like the color scheme..I don’t know what much I could change. It’s pretty simple and to the point, that’s sort of why I like it :-/ what could I change?
