Like many businesses, we have a very clear and fair 30-day return policy in place to provide you with ample time to assess your purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to process refunds.
There are several reasons that it is standard for businesses to implement refund policies, but an important one for us as a small business is to protect our operations cashflow. Payroll is processed, bills are paid, and other responsibilities are taken care of on a rolling monthly basis.
If we didn’t have a policy in place, we could be refunding cash that was leveraged literally months ago, breaking the trust we’d thought we’d built with our customer and leaving us in a shaky fiscal situation.
