Wouldn't it be nice if you could write notes next to each plugin?

I often find my wp-admin/plugins.php section of a website can end up being quite cluttered up with plugins (even though only a few of them at a time are enabled).

Because I’ll install a bunch to try each one out while I’m looking around for the right one that I need. And afterwards I’ll still keep a few around, because maybe it was my #2 choice or maybe I think I’ll need it on the next site, or whatever. And is easier to look through the list of installed plugins which are already there, than to start from scratch the search.

But how much easier it would be if they all already had a short note written by myself with my thoughts on it when I first checked it out! Would make it way easier.
