Hi, we do get notifications. And I believe I found your ticket about Etsy, where you got a critical error.
You opened that ticket on late Friday, after our working hours, when we went on the weekend. And then went ahead and gave us a negative rating because you didn’t hear from us during the weekend (which is supposed to be our holidays). I replied to the ticket on Monday.
The reason you thought it was deleted was because you opened a private ticket. Which means, you have to log in to the site to view that ticket again. The ticket is still there and you can log in and find it there.

As I said, it’s a private ticket so if you login to the site, you will be able to view it.
But rather I suggest, you open a ticket here in WordPress repo. That way, you will have no confusion and we can work with you to fix the issue you are facing.
