How large is the .xml import file?

Open it with a text editor and see if there is anything in it. How big is the file size (mb)

The file is about 32MB.

Do I go into editor to do this? Not sure how to find the php stuff.

Thanks ESMI, just downloaded that and split it into 2 files. Now what?

Used the file splitter and loaded my prior posts but it stopped back in April for some reason, lost 6 months somehow.
