Wow! Powerful Plugin & Great Support

  • My client owns a restaurant. Due to the coronavirus stay at home orders she wanted to take orders for pick on her site. Customers build their order and then pay when they pick it up. Because there is no payment gateway I was able to provide her with everything they wanted with the free version of the plugin. I had several questions and submitted tickets for support and their response time was usually same day. The only feedback I could provide to the developers would be to beef up their documentation. There were very useful shortcodes that they created but forgot to put on the page with the shortcodes list.

    I wish all plugins added as much value right out of the gate.

    The more I used the RestroPress plugin the more impressed I became. The addon feature is the best use of taxonomies I’ve every seen. It allows you to enter choices for menu items like what kind of potato or substitutions for the meat a meal comes with. You can even add a price to the choice such as adding fruit costs an additional $3. Highly recommend it.
