Wow Slider not rotating

I have added the slider via a php code widget that I have added the shortcode for the slider. It use to work just fine but has stopped working as of recent. I’m not able to figure out why this is happening. I have updated all the plugins, wordpress, deleted, reinstalled the plugin and zip files but I’m still getting the same result.
