Wow, very cool!

  • It’s a very nice plugin, not surprising because this author is a beast… here are things I wish this plugin will have in future updates:

    • option to autoconvert links shared in chat (if someone types wordpress.com or www.wordpress.com have it auto convert)
    • option to type ?? and prepopulate with smiles as if I was using an emoji picker on windows with WIN + . or in discord when I type : i see a popup
    • enable cron auto-delete chat after XYZ days / hours
    • blacklist is great, would be awesome if you integrated a link to a github .txt repo that includes copy / paste in raw text
    • if logged in as site admin, show link on front-end at bottom to redirect to options (so I can more quickly clear chat)
    • add some media queries to default css to make it responsive

    Things I like:

    • How I can hover my mouse over name is it shows timestamp… very nice!
    • very fast, clean and minimal b$ styling
    • browser notification (but would be even more incredible if it was native windows)

    Thank you for the excellent feedback, @vondelphia. I have added your suggestions to the list and will see what I can do for future updates.

    Also just to note that the free version of SAC does provide support for custom auto-clearing of chats. It requires a bit of code and is explained here just fyi.
