WP 2015 theme loving it, but stumped

    Loving WP 2015 theme and the new menu options, but have 3 issues:

    1. Social icons at bottom of posts disappear at end of posts when the next tag is inserted in the middle of a post.
    2. When you click the Pinterest button, only a few images appear for pinning and not all on a page or in a post.
    3. When you view blog on an iPhone, the social menu is the only menu that appears in the header. The main menu disappears, and you can’t navigate on the iPhone that well?

    I have subscribed to Lynda tutorials and am learning more about authoring websites and blogs, but I haven’t as yet solved my dilemmas!

    Not sure where to find the version of WP I am using at backend of blog. I see that I have an option to upgrade to WP 4.1.1, but I am with Dreamhost, and they always keep me up to date on the latest. I never update myself.

    BTW, sounds like you are likely using a plugin for these social items? That’s not part of WP core. So which plugin?

    I understood the social plugins were part of the theme, and so I didn’t install a plugin. In fact, I believe I un-installed the social plugin that I had installed previously with an earlier theme because I thought it was part of the WP 2015 theme. Do you recommend a plugin?

    Also, I will post my “main menu” and “social menu” question at the recommended link.

    I was simultaneously doing some reading on your forum. Great feedback. It was then as I was reading some of your feedback and relating it to my husband with gales of laughter about the sock puppet and reading your comments about the forum that I realized I was in a developers forum.

    Social menu isn’t part of Twenty Fifteen, so it must be a plugin – looks like you have JetPack so probably that. So for those questions, you might want to ask on the JetPack forum here:

    I’m glad you’re finding entertainment – yes, those of us involved in contributing to WP (in a myriad of ways) do tend to have a good time too :)!

    Ooops! Also, I found out the reason my “share” icons didn’t appear at the end of my posts after the “next tag.”
    When I went back and reviewed my sharing settings on JetPack (hint, hint), I saw that I had not selected any options other than for the share buttons to show on my Front Page.
    As soon as I clicked at the end of posts, pages, etc., they popped in place.
    You made me think. It was so simple, yet it didn’t occur to me that I had set it up wrong. I’ve been bugged about it for weeks.
    Not that anyone is wanting to share any of my images, but a girl can dream.

    LOL – simple is often the easiest to miss – happens to all of us! Glad you got it working and you never know who might just want to share your images :)!
