• Hello

I bought “royalle” from woo themes and recently upgraded to wordpress 3.0 when all the problems started, I have “blank” pages as described in this article: https://bit.ly/9jZQrM

Not sure if this might be part of the problem but when I log on to my hosting provider, earthlink, the version of wp it says I have is 2.0.4 where as physically on wp it says I have version 3.0.

I have installed the latest version of Royalle, and the problem still exists. So now I click on ‘add post” and I see half a page (previously I would see a blank page) (Also clicking on add new page, shows me the add new “POST” page)

Went on woo support forums and they made me disable plug ins, and also install one of their standard themes: problem still exists. They told me it is a wordpress installation problem.

So I’m still FRIED. Please help. Thank you
    ??

  • Your hosting provider (if it works like godaddy) may just be showing the version you installed through them. I’m assuming way back, you installed WP using a one click type install through your host. But now you upgrade through the WP interface?

As for only seeing half a post page, do you have 2 column selected in the screen options section of the page?

Thanks for the reply. Yes to your first part.

By half page I mean I see headers but I cannot post anything (previous to installing the woo latest version of my theme all I saw was a blank page per that article I referenced above)

In short: I cannot post articles at all, I cannot add new pages at all.

I haven’t tried the other parts of my site for functionality so there may be more problems.

Update: I re-installed wp 3.0 from wordpress and its back to a blank page, no more half pages.

Yes definitely a wordpress installation problem, or specifically a wp 3.0 upgrade problem.

Please help me fix it, thank you

You could possibly be running out of memory?

    nope

OK…you said you tried with one of woothemes standard themes..

Have you tried with WP’s standard theme? Does the problem still exist with twentyten theme, with plugins disabled?
