WP 3.1 brings new code snipper in — design problems

    Hello,

    i have recently updated to WP 3.1 and noticed that in <head> a new code was added that affect blog design. The snipper is:

    … <style type=”text/css” media=”print”>#wpadminbar { display:none; }</style><style type=”text/css”>html { margin-top: 28px !important; }
    * html body { margin-top: 28px !important; }</style><link …

    The “html { margin-top: 28px !important; }
    * html body { margin-top: 28px !important; }”

    makes empty space on the top of my blog.

    Please advice where it comes from and how its possible to remove it.
