WP 3.5.1 Installed but still shows an older dashboard

  • Hi,

    I have installed WP 3.5.1 Installed but still shows an older style of dashboard is showing. This has also disabled a JS slider that I used, I installed the Nivo one which is compatible with 3.5.1 but it doesn’t show in the dashboard.

    Is there anything I can do?

  • I would get a fresh download of WordPress, extract and remove the
    wp-content folder from the new extracted folder.

    Upload via FTP and overwrite everything else except wp-content.

    If that does not work, disable your plugins.
