Okay, so TinyMCE (the editor buttons) is not loading properly in your case. I’m not sure why that is happening, but esmi’s troubleshooting step to re-copy ALL the WordPress files except .htacess, wp-config.php, and the wp-content/ folder sounds like it would rule out an issue where the original pristine install had a problem (for whatever reason). Just to make sure, have you tried that re-install WordPress step already?
If yes, then another thing you could try is see if you can find someone in another location (another city even) to help you test the editor. You can add a test account for them in the Users section in the dashboard. Make sure you only ever give out access to your site to someone you trust, and delete the user account when you are finished testing. If another person can also see the problem, it is likely an issue on the web host or server side. If they cannot, it’s more likely an issue with your local network or firewall.
