WP 4.0. keeps me notifying of an available translation updates

I updated my multisite installation at three weeks ago to WordPress 4.0. and on the dashboard keeps me notifying of an available translation update. I updated it as well and it gave me a success message. When reloading the update page it is still there for update. The status never changes.
Anyone else has this problem? need some help please
