I am trying to import using the WooCommerce add-on but am getting an error when trying to import stating it can’t connect to the database. Of course the config.php file is correct or I wouldn’t be able to get to the site at all, let alone login and attemp the import.

The admin page being accessed is this: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=pmxi-admin-import&action=element

It displays a database connection error page.

Any ideas what the issue could be?

    Screenshot?

Can you load All Import -> Manage Imports?

Yes, I can load that screen – there are no imports to manage because following the upload it gives me the error described above.

How can I send you a screenshot? I have one for you…but can’t seem to upload here….

did you uninstall the plugin? I found the issue – it was a missing port in my settings but now I see the plugin is not installed…..

Did you provide your website login details to us in another thread or via e-mail? If not, there’s absolutely no way we could have magically logged into your website’s admin panel and uninstalled WP All Import without even knowing the URL to your site or your login details.

indeed – not sure what happened there but regardless, this issue is resolved.
