Setup: Gator Cache 2.0.9 and WordPress 4.3

I’m excluding some directories for user registration, login and the forgot password-function in the custom rules for Gator Cache. This has worked just fine until the update to WordPress 4.3. Now all who use the forgot password-function gets a WordPress standard error message that says “Sorry, that key has expired. Please try again.”.

I believe the password function was updated with WordPress 4.3. Maybe this has something to do with it?

The setup also includes BuddyPress and bbPress, if that’s of any importance. But the function that fails is the standard WordPress password function (that has been updated with 4.3).

I’m having the same issue since updating WordPress. I am using TML, but that’s not a TML error message. It seems to be from the core itself.

Are you using Theme My Login? I found a temporary solution here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/reset-password-problem-1?replies=25

The plugin developer is working on a fix, but this works in the meantime.

This is not an issue with GatorCache. I have verified the password reset works with WordPress 4.3. Also, you don’t have to exclude the urls or directories, php pages and pages with query strings are not cached by default.

I can verify that this is not an issue with Gator Cache. It was an issue with TML and was resolved by uninstalling that plugin. Thanks for the swift replies here!
