WP 4.4 throws array errors on my Carousel

I’m having the same issue. The error goes away once I remove the widget.

@nrbailey, please go to Settings -> WP Posts Carousel and select to include FontAwesome ?? you don’t have arrows in the carousel navigation

I installed WP Carousel 1.2.4 this morning, then upgraded to WP 4.4 and am still getting the error:

Warning: array_map(): Argument #2 should be an array in /home/ncbr1/public_html/wp-includes/category-template.php on line 1158

I have reverted back to WP 4.3, where the carousel works as expected (v. 1.2.4).

ok, can you enable an ftp connection to your plugins directory?
it’s connected to selected post type.
