WP 4.5 WP SuperCache 1.4.8 = site is broken

If set WP_CACHE to false and try to activate plugin I get this error

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Problem isn’t solved yet!
When the update?

What’s the fatal error? Can you include the full error message?

Are any errors showing in the PHP error log?

It’s strange, but now everything works fine. I’ll check it it more accurately.
Perhaps this is due to the new version of WP. I updated it to 4.5.2
