WP 5.5. super slow after activation

  • I installed the plugin, but right after that the speed of the site went down.
    Some function will probably disturb 5.5. massively.

    I checked to WP 5.5, but I could not find a reason for slow speed.
    Is it slow just to activate?
    And, Can you tell me your PHP version?

    I checked below version, but it seems work well, It takes less than a second to display the site.

    WordPress: 5.5.3
    PHP(php-fpm): 7.3.25
    Apache: 2.4.6
    MariaDB: 5.5.68

    Can you tell me the your test environment?
