Uncaught ReferenceError: wp is not defined – Using WP 5.51

Hi,

When i set the wp-admin url to a custom link, the console log shows up an error:

“Uncaught ReferenceError: wp is not defined”

Referencing this script:

	var localeData = translations.locale_data[ domain ] || translations.locale_data.messages;
	localeData[""].domain = domain;
	wp.i18n.setLocaleData( localeData, domain );

When i disable the hide login plugin, the error is gone.

Any advise please?
