WP 5.9 – Broken Tablet/mobile previews

    I noticed after updating to WP 5.9 that the mobile previews in the UAG blocks appear unstyled or broken. I am using Astra Pro, deactivated all the plugins, see no console errors, and tried it on a couple of different websites.

    The screenshot at the link below shows it regular, a view in Firefox (has less details like the section padding), and how it looks in Chrome.

    I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed this issue, or if they have a fix for it. For now, I just reverted back to WP 5.8.3.

  • Yes I can confirm that. My configuration is Astra Pro and UAG blocks. After 5.9 upgrade when I switch on desktop or mobile preview blocks loose colours and any change in settings are not visibe. And when I back on desktop preview blocks loose colour and my Yoast window come over visual block editor.
    Seccond-my block editor shrink for 40% and I can’t see what I’m doing,especially if I have 3 blocks in a row.

    Published page is o.k.
    Astra Pro customizer preview is o.k.

    Thanks for confirming you were having issues too @darkonelson and for the information on how the layout does NOT correctly shift back into place when switching back to desktop preview. I also saw the Yoast SEO module on top of the WP editor on one of the sites I upgraded on.
