WP 6.7 & wp-cli _load_textdomain_just_in_time notice

    HI, in WP 6.7 with wp media regenerate --only-missing --yes command a notice appears in the debug.log file:

    PHP Notice: ?Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the webp-converter-for-media domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in D:...\wp\wp-includes\functions.php on line 6114

    Thank you for your message. I am sorry you have encountered a problem with our plugin.

    I checked it and you are right, this problem does indeed occur.

    I have made a fix that eliminates this problem and released an update for the plugin in version 6.1.3. Please download this version and let me know if the problem is gone for you too.

    PHP Notice means that there was a problem with the plugin. Something in the code was not done correctly, so I really appreciate your report @twvania, because it gave me the opportunity to fix it.
