wp-admin

  • Is there a backdoor into wp-admin. I can’t get it to load. Blog loads okay, but I can’t get wp-admin to load. It just hangs.

  • I ran into a similar issue a while back when Technorati was having site troubles. (the feeds wouldn’t load so my Dashboard would take FOREVER to load)

    Try going directly to one of the other tabs:

    YOUR_BLOG_URL/wp-admin/post.php – the Write menu
    YOUR_BLOG_URL/wp-admin/edit.php – Manage
    YOUR_BLOG_URL/wp-admin/options-general.php – Options

    etc. ??

    Thanks, I got in using the first option.

    Hi. I am having sort of the same trouble? I think?… The login page accepts my PW then when I look in the address bar after it goes to myblog/wp-admin the page is blank. I tried getting in by typing in full paths etc.. myblog/wp-admin.post.php etc.. and it ends up in the same place.. in the wp-admin with a blank screen.
