WP-admin access denied

Hi

I recently used AAM to blocked specific user roles accessing the wp-admin. I accidentally set it to all users including administer. Anytime i try to access wp-admin, i get access denied. I’ve had to remove the plugin via cPanel which has given me access again however i can no longer use the plugin.
Any idea how to sort this without access to wp-admin.
