wp-admin-bar always collapsed

  • I’m creating my own theme for WordPress and I can’t seem to get the admin bar functioning correctly. Links are always show regardless of mouseover.

    Most of the code is written myself, besides jQuery 1.11.1, smooth-scroll.js, animate.css and hover.css.
