WP Admin Bar on Multisite

Having issues with the wp admin bar showing up correctly on my Multisite install.
the multisite is sub-directory so now when searching for the wp css its looking at https://—–.com/subsite/wp-includes/….. instead of https://—-.com/wp-includes….
Anyone know how to fix this problem?
