WP-ADMIN BLANK PAGE IN MANAGED WORDPRESS HOSTING

  • Hi,

    Today when i tried to login to my website i.e qaked.com , so the only thing i am able to there is only a blank page. I tried to find some solution in forum but there is no solution related to MANAGED WORDPRESS HOSTING (BLANK PAGE ERROR IN WP-ADMIN)

    I use godaddy managed wordpress hosting. Please tell me some solution for this problem.

    If you use GoDaddy’s managed WordPress hosting, get in touch with them. 24×7 support is something you pay them for, and they have better access to help you than we do (which for us is absolutely no access). ??

    If you’d rather not wait for them, it’s just the same as any black page in wp-admin, whether you’re on managed hosting or not. Try manually resetting your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
