Is the front end opening properly?

The problem is only in wp-admin. The blog is currently online and you can check it :

The problem is that i have not extracted/downloaded version of the site and I can’t do the trick with the plug-in folder

You don’t really need an extracted/downloaded version of the site to try this troubleshooting step. But if you want you can still make a backup of the site as it is now.

Try:

– resetting the plugins folder by using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

– switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

thanks. but i can’t find plugins folder in file manager. there is no such folder or i have no access to it. I don’t know … what could it be ?

Is your site down? Now I only see a page for bluehost?

The folder should be in /wp-content/plugins.

this is strange. i can’t finde this /wp-content in file manager but i can see it in file count …

no i didn’t remove anything. the link should be home3/nextmorn/public_html/wp-content/ but as you see it is not there …

Can you kindly share the folder structure of antonio directory.

It seems that someone deleted the folder / you dont have permission to view that folders. Kindly contact your host.
