cant access wp-admin woth latest version of google chrome and firefox.

i have re-installed WP 3.5 but no improve.

That’s not an error message. It’s part of the page code. Try re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.
