• About a week ago the WP Admin Dashboard stopped showing the graph in Site Stats, just showing a spinning wheel. I’ve seen a few discussions about this but all seem to be related to plugins I don’t have active. I’ve listed all my own active plugins below. Hey,

Given the thousands of plugins available for WordPress it’s not realistic to expect someone to be able to be that familiar with enough of them to be able to recognise a potential conflict.

What you can do though is setup a staging site (I’m sure your host would be happy to help you with this) which you can test the updates out on. This way, nothing will ever break on your live site when you update as everything is first processed in a safe environment.

If you can get a staging site installed you can quickly identify the culprit by disabling all the plugins on the staging site, then enabling them one by one until the problem re-occurs

I have WP on my own server, so creating a test image would not be that difficult. However, the thought of deactivating/reactivating 47 plugins doesn’t thrill me, so I hoped that someone suffering the same problem as me might compare our plugin lists and see some overlaps to narrow down the list a bit for both of us.

Is there anyone out there seeing the same problem as me? Then please check your plugins against mine, and let me know which of mine are in your list.

    Thanks……..Phil

I’ve now tried disabling all of my plugins and then reactivating them one by one. The Site Stats panel only appears in WP Admin after Jetpack is activated, and it is already spinning, so my suspicions are on Jetpack.

Sorry, I’m not familiar with Jetpack but I assume this provides the stats you are describing. Have you tried running it in isolation?

Also, do you get any errors in the console? (right click and inspect in chrome and click console tab)

May need to send a message to jetpack support if you’re sure it’s that plugin alone https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support

The stats appear to be fine in the Jetpack Site Stats window itself, but just spin on the WP Admin page.

I did check the Chrome console window and saw this:
