• Dear support team,

Unfortunately since the release 14.8 the widgets in wp-admin dashboard are empty. Therefore “Currently online” or “Traffic summary” do not contain any information in wp-admin dashboard. If I go to menu -> statistics every information is shown. In version 14.7.2 we do not have this issue. Is this feature not supported any more?

Could you please assist how to resolve?

    Thank you and best regards

    Christian

    Hi @deindorfleben

It appears that this issue may be caused by a conflict with another plugin. To help us further diagnose the problem, could you please open your browser’s console and check for any errors that might be occurring in the WordPress dashboard?

    Here’s how to do it:

    • Google Chrome/Firefox: Right-click on the dashboard and select Inspect, or press Ctrl + Shift + I (or Cmd + Option + I on Mac), then go to the Console tab.

After opening the console, refresh the dashboard and look for any error messages. If you see any, please share them with us, making sure to remove any sensitive information before doing so.

Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to resolving this for you!

Thank you for your great hint. Checking the Google Chrome browser’s console shows the following error messages:

With version 14.7.2 I can see data in the widgets, but get the following ERROR messages:

We apologize for the delay in our response.

This issue is due to a conflict with another plugin, which results in the widget not displaying correctly or causing the following errors.

Please make sure to clear the cache of your site and browser completely after updating to the latest version, and check which plugin is causing the conflict by disabling other plugins.

We are also investigating this issue and will fully resolve it in future versions.

    Thank you for your patience.

I hope you’re doing well. I just wanted to follow up and ask if you’ve been able to test the suggested steps. Were you able to identify any plugin conflicts, or did updating the plugins and clearing the cache resolve the issue for you?

If the problem persists, could you please share the list of installed plugins? You can easily do this by going to Tools – Site Health – Info and clicking on Copy site info to clipboard. This will help us better understand your setup and provide further assistance.

    Thank you!

We do not have these messages with your plugin version 14.7.2 and our website. We deactivated many plugins like Caching plugin etc. but so far we did not find the plugin that makes any conflict.

If you do not know any hint we will deactivate all plugins during the next weeks.

    Best regards

Ok, I have now executed further tests and think I found the plugin. If I deactivate the plugin WC frontend manager, which also has widgets in the WordPress Dashboard, the WPStats widgets show values again. Therefore there might be a plugin conflict. Could you please advise how to resolve? Thank you!
