If you create a new test coupon, does it show up on the list?

When were the 3 existing coupons created?

Thank you very much for providing that screenshot and status report!

If you check under WooCommerce > Status > Logs, do you see any entries in the dropdown for fatal-errors? If so, please copy and send them here.

Also, do you see any error messages in the browser dev tools’ console?

In the majority of cases where we’ve seen this type of broken functionality, it’s been caused by a conflict with code in another active plugin, or the active theme. To check for conflicts, please temporarily switch your theme back to the default Storefront theme and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, then check to see if the issue is fixed. If it is, then switch your theme back and reactivate plugins one-by-one until you find the one that is causing the issue.

Thanks for the suggestions. there was no fatal error logging and also no errors in the console. I flushed all caching on my hosting and now it is working ??
