wp-admin issue

Hello,

today i installed a fresh wordpress to my server, and i have an issue when the admin pages trying to communicate with www.ads-software.com. when i click to plugins page i have the following error ‘An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.ads-software.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.’. Is there any issue to www.ads-software.com?
