wp-admin loading blank

    The plugin causes the WP Admin login screen to load a blank page. If I enable debug mode, it gives the below errors:

    Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/account/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-addons-for-contact-form-7/addons/mailchimp/inc/functions.php:14) in /home/account/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1435

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/account/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-addons-for-contact-form-7/addons/mailchimp/inc/functions.php:14) in /home/account/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1438

    We’re running WP Version 6.4.3

    If we disable the plugin, the login page loads fine.

    Please advise, thanks!
