• hello so I recently encountered a problem

I am setting up courses and a membership site on my website.

Unfortunately I have a browser or WordPress login that will pop up( can be recreated by using the link above) that is showing up for students.

    Super annoying.

And then the login for membership.

I do not want this first login to show up for any of my members and don’t know how to change that. If anyone can help I would be so great thank you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

That’s Apache’s basic authentication, not WordPress.

It’s usually set up in your hosting account’s control panel under something like “password protection.”

Consult your hosting provider’s documentation or support for specifics.

It’s definitely not WordPress, that’s for sure.

Have you contacted your hosting provider’s support about this?

Is there a .htpasswd file in any of your WordPress directories?

To check for this, access your server via SFTP or FTP or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, and if you can’t find one, ensure that you have set your SFTP or FTP client to view invisible files.
