WP Admin menu not showing while accessing Admin directory related URL

    Earlier I faced the issue with blank white screen while accessing any admin directory related URL like edit any post, page, or any plugin settings.

    And it is resolved by commenting “do_action( ‘admin_init’ );” in wp-admin\admin.php file.

    By commenting this line of code, admin script isn’t loaded properly and header menus in admin dashboard hides.

    As per various search results, I have updated my wordpress from version 4.3 to latest version 4.9.8, but still same issue persists.

    Hi!

    First, try to avoid changing any core file as those will be re-written on updates.

    Second, have you tried deactivating all plugins to see if that resolves the issue?
