    Hi, FTP into your site and rename the plugin folder. Then log into your site as admin. While you are logged into your site rename the plugin folder back to its original name. Enable the plugin and check your Rename Login Page feature under Brute Force settings.

    Also make sure that you clear any cache in your site if you have a cache plugin installed.

    Thank you very much for the help! Actually following your instructions got access to my site and I was able to change the security settings.
