    Hello,
I have exported a live site using your plugin.
Created a new wordpress localhost site on my mac using MAMP.
    Imported the wpress file.
    Successfully imported.
Clicked on the permalink link but get a message saying “not available”.

When I try to access the admin page by going to localhost:8888/wp-admin
I get a message saying “Not Available” and nothing else. It would be nice if it tells me why it’s not available.

The site itself seems to run properly on my localhost except for some images being partially displayed but wp-admin is “not available”.

I’ve search and tried the following:
    1. chown stuff
    2. define wp_home and wp_siteurl

Could it be because the live site is HTTPS and my localhost is HTTP?
    Please help

    Hi

Could you please try to deactivate any security plugin (only for test purposes) and try again to open WP Admin?

I deactivated all plugins except for the “all-in-one WP Migration” plugin then backup the site to use.

Once I did that I needed to go into the new linux applications using my old password and user name instead of the one I created with the linux and re-activated all the plugins that I turned off. All worked fine from there.

Had some issues with the slider plugins, as some plugins came with the purchased theme and had a different location for their plugins but once I figured all that out very thing worked perfect.
