/wp-admin not available after import

    I have done a lot of migrations and keep getting the same issue that the /wp-admin is not available. I have to delete the installation, reinstall wordpress and then reinstall the plugins, migrate and then it works.

    any ideas?

    Plugin, .htaccess, mu-plugin or server configuration issue.

    I have the same issue, as a work around, I change the wp-admin password in myPHP once the migration has finished: see instruction here: https://wpcrux.com/blog/change-wordpress-password-phpmyadmin/ (I used method one)

    Then log back in (with new password) and change the permalink structure twice as per the instructions.

    Should save you a little time re installing WordPress etc.
