do you have a backup of website?
which plugins are currently installed? (I know you said you previously deactivated)
which in which folder are your wordpress files located in? (you can see this in FTP)

I can deactivate plug-ins thru ftp, if that will help and then reactivate them, but I hate for the site to be down for any length of time.

I had this problem once before and was able to resolve it from the discussion forum, but not this time. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP

I now get to the wp-admin, but it will not let me access the dashboard. Suggestions?

I cannot even get to Users to see if somehow my access as admin was changed. This is getting really frustrating.

can you remove any plugins that might be controlling or impacting the login procedure?
i.e. login-logo

are all of the plugins you have in the list active and critical for your everyday website operation?
