wp-admin not working for client

  • i guess your client might have used itheme security and its away mode function. or may be because of other plugin it is showing this error.

    I get:

    Firefox can’t find the server at https://www.safireinsurance.com.

    Has your client cleared the cache and cookies in his/her browser? Or tried another ISP – i.e. phone.

    @sunil333 yes i am running itheme security on the site but away mode is not enabled.

    @wpyogi yes i have asked them to clear the cache from the browser settings. Have not asked them to check on their mobile but will today.

    Would it perhaps have something to do with the HTaccess file?

    So as it turns out it was IE that was causing the problems.

    Shouldve known lol but thanks for the help.
