thanks for your link. would like to double confirm with you, the FTP client mentioned in the link, the host name is www.(mywebsitename).co , while the user name and password is as same as how I log in wordpress as usual right?
However, it show the access denied. I am very sure that we do not change our password before this happened.

Are you saying you cannot login into your dashboard?

If so, try:

– manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

#Since I can access your website and not the wp-admin page, I have narrowed it down further:

1. Check your wp-admin folder permissions. Is it set to 777?. Change it to 755.
2. Put the following code in wp-config.php the first line (inside the PHP tag)
