wp-admin panel bar view after log in

hi,
i don’t know what happen on one of my sites – i don’t have any longer the standard view of the top bar of desktop for admin like on others wordpress org pages.
now it is taken from wordpress.com – why ? ??
how to go back ?

It looks like you’ve enabled Jetpack’s single sign on mode. What happens if you click on the alternate login link?
