wp-admin problem

Try:
– switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

– re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and the wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

if i type we barrow mix sitemap google says it is missing.In web master tools i have looked at what pages look at my site and google does not even appear.
What can i do because ive tried to install Sitemap loads of times. Deleted all sitemaps and just installed 1 but each time i follow the online video like Yoast it will not generate a sitemap for We Barrow Mix.
All answers would be a great help.

! thing i forgot to tell everyone i only run the wordpress side of things not host it. i can onl;y excess wordpress mainframe only.
