wp-admin redirecting to login page

Hi,
I installed this plugin on 2 sites I host. One works perfectly – I go to https://www.mywebsite.com/wp-admin or https://www.mywesbite.com/wp-login and I get the 404 page. I then go to https://www.mywebsite.com/xyz and I get the login page.
However, the other site redirects me to the login page for wp-admin – i.e., I go to https://www.mywebsite.com/wp-admin and it redirects to https://www.mywebsite.com/xyz but if I put in https://www.mywebsite.com/wp-login I get the 404 page.
Settings are identical on both sites. The IP address is not in the whitelist and I’ve double checked this by using a browser on my phone connected to the mobile network with wifi switched off. It happens on both.
Has anyone got any ideas?

I see the only one cause: another plugin or active theme is involved. Compare list of active plugin on both sites. Make sure that any redirect related settings, if they present, are the same.
Use browser console to check process of redirection. Make sure that redirect response has HTTP 302 code.
