It should be example.com/wp-admin *not* example.com/admin

If that still doesn’t work, try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

If neither of those make a difference, contact your hosting provider’s support. They will have the access necessary to determine where the block is coming from.

    Have the same problem.
Problem starts with a wordpress RESET (using the plugin wordpress reset).
After the problem, i removed ALL PLUGINS, and RENAMED the theme folders, but the problem persists.

I also had this problem today. It turned out that the fault on the side of the ISP. Not hosting.
    The change of IP helped.

У меня тоже была сегодня такая проблема. Оказалось, неисправность на стороне провайдера интернета. Не хостинг.
    Смена IP помогла.
