WP-Admin slug not work

I’m using WP 3.8.1.
I’ve installed and activate the plugin and:

/wp-admin redirect to homepage -> ok
/wp-login.php redirect to homepage -> ok

but if I put my WP-Admin slug to access to the admin page, it doesn’t work. It redirect to the same page.
I open .htaccess file and the rule has been properly added.

I’ve tried the same plugin in my local server and it works fine. How?
