wp-admin/edit.php blank for NON admins

As admin I can go to wp-admin/edit.php just fine to modify posts,etc.

But authors/editors are getting a blank edit.php.

They CAN edit from the front end as it loads the post differently like so:
wp-admin/post.php?post=558&action=edit

Can anyone help why the screen is blank for edit.php for non-admin users?

I tried from same computer and works for admin but not non-admin.
